Payments

Payment may be required in full or in part before production begins.

Custom orders may require a deposit before work starts.

Production Times

Production times are estimates and may vary due to order volume, supplier availability, or unforeseen circumstances.

Customer-Supplied Artwork

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have permission to use any logos, trademarks, images, or designs submitted for production.

R & F Designs is not liable for copyright or trademark violations resulting from customer-provided artwork.

Product Variations

Due to the nature of custom printing, embroidery, engraving, and apparel manufacturing, slight variations in color, placement, size, or appearance may occur.

Limitation of Liability

R & F Designs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
